If no code is generated when you press Unlock a bike, it is probably caused by a phone connection problem. Please make sure in your phone settings that the BIXI application is authorized to access your cellular data as well as your geo-location.
If you haven't tried the following solutions yet, we recommend that you do so before your next planned BIXI ride:
- Close the application and reopen it.
- Uninstall and reinstall the application.
- Turn airplane mode on and off.
- Turn off Wi-Fi. If your phone automatically connects to a Wi-Fi access point near you, the Wi-Fi may block the data needed for the BIXI app.
- Restart your phone.
Also check that your smart device is compatible with the app:
