    Looking for the monthly option? You can add the monthly payment modality to your account at any time via our website or BIXI mobile app. BIXI membership is continuous and ends only when you decide to cancel it via your BIXI Space.

    BIXI membership is continuous and ends only when you decide to cancel it via your BIXI Space by clicking on the button provided for this purpose in the Membership section (see steps below). You must use the BIXI website and not the BIXI app to do this. 

    By cancelling your continuous BIXI membership, you will not be billed for a new membership period the following month for the monthly payment modality or the following season for the seasonal payment modality. Your membership will therefore terminate at the end of the period you have already paid for, i.e. the date indicated in your BIXI Space in the Membership section.

    Plan to cancel your membership at least 48 hours before the expiration date listed, to avoid another payment.

    1. Click on View details in the Membership section of your account.

    2. Use the toggle switch to activate the membership cancellation function.

    3. Your membership will now end on the date indicated in your BIXI Space.

    No. Your BIXI membership is linked to your personal account and, consequently, to your credit card. You are responsible for all trips made using your account. BIXI memberships are non-transferable.
